sugar. We know it's not easy with kids accustomed to such fare on a regular basis.
But if you surprise them with a container of sliced fruit, popcorn &
cheese..they'll forget it's healthy. Also try veggies with a salsa or sour cream
dip..trust us, it works and they'll eat it. This is very possible with the Lunch & Go. |
