Our 30-Day Return Policy
If Product Defective:
Warm & Tote accepts a return on any defective Warm & Tote® item. The item is inspected by Warm & Tote upon
return. If determined a "manufacturing" defect, we will replace the
item if desired or credit your original credit card for the full purchase price,
including freight. When you return any item, we require you to bear shipping
cost back to us. WE DO NOT
PROVIDE RETURN SHIP (or Call-Tag) ship labels. We will, however, cover the re-shipping cost of a replacement item back to you. Proceed

If Product NOT Defective:
Due to US Dept. of Health restrictions, for obvious sanitary reasons, the Warm &
Tote® baby wipes warmer, baby bottle warmers and Lunch & Go™, once opened and
used, may not be returned for refund. If "never used" and in NEW
condition, total purchase price credit will be given(less a $5.00 re-stocking
